1. The operator places the raw materials on the horizontal material table part of the equipment through the driver, and can place three to five pieces at the same time, and transfer them to the feed track of the CNC three-dimensional drilling machine through the drive chain of the horizontal material table;
2. Operate the button of the side push device of the feed channel to push the workpiece to the side positioning reference so that the workpiece approaches the side positioning reference;
3. By adjusting the height and position of the clamping jaw of the NC trolley, the workpiece is automatically fed by the trolley after clamping.
The trolley is used to feed the workpiece into the host part of the CNC three-dimensional drilling machine, and automatically locate the drilling position according to the program requirements. The CNC three-dimensional drilling machine clamps the workpiece through lateral pressure and upper pressure to start automatic drilling. After the drilling is completed, the CNC trolley will send the 3D drilling machine host. After the clamp is released, the electric drum on the discharge side of the 3D CNC drilling machine will automatically lift the workpiece and transfer it to the discharge channel. At the same time, the clamping rod of the NC trolley will automatically lift and return to the set starting position of the trolley to process the next material.
