⚙️ Job Responsibilities

Assist in conducting resource surveys, information collection, and the establishment of project archives for photovoltaic projects.

Collaborate on completing the project’s preliminary feasibility analysis, policy and data compilation, and basic investment estimation.

Assist in coordinating with government agencies and the client, and follow up on project registration, commercial negotiations, and other related procedures.

🎓 Job Requirements

Understand the principles of photovoltaic power generation and relevant industry policies, and possess basic skills in engineering drawing interpretation and financial analysis.

Outstanding recent graduates or candidates with internship experience in new energy or power engineering are both welcome.

02. Photovoltaic Technology/Grid-Connection Assistant (Campus Recruitment)

⚙️ Job Responsibilities

Assist in conducting on-site roof surveys, recording data, and identifying load‑bearing issues, and prepare a comprehensive technical survey report.

Systematically study the entire process of regional photovoltaic project filing and grid connection, facilitate coordination with the National Development and Reform Commission, State Grid Corporation, and other relevant authorities, and prepare and organize submission materials for review.

Responsible for project-wide documentation archiving and template optimization, and for collaborating on the resolution of underlying technical issues.

Receive targeted training and progressively take on responsibilities such as site surveys and regulatory compliance, ultimately developing into a professional technical or grid‑connection specialist.

Assist the project manager in managing the photovoltaic project’s construction site, coordinating personnel deployment, conducting equipment inventory, and overseeing on-site acceptance.

Study photovoltaic installation techniques, safety regulations, and quality standards; conduct routine inspections of construction sites; and maintain standardized construction logs.

Coordinate with the owner, construction teams, and grid‑related entities to synchronize project information and collaboratively resolve on‑site infrastructure issues.

⚙️ Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, screening, and coordinating distributed rooftop solar resources in the designated region, while identifying high-quality commercial, industrial, and residential rooftop assets.

Proactively engage with the client, communicate and negotiate cooperation terms, and successfully conclude contract negotiations and finalize the signing.

Maintain local client relationships, deepen our presence in the regional market, and expand business channels.

Track the entire project development timeline, provide timely updates, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project implementation and handover.

Conduct a preliminary assessment of roof loads, identify potential construction safety hazards, and issue a professional due diligence report.

Accurately estimate the project’s power generation to provide data support for project development and contract signing.

Compile and consolidate on-site data and due diligence materials, and establish a comprehensive technical dossier for the project’s preliminary phase.

Fully responsible for the implementation and management of photovoltaic project EPC works, coordinating the entire construction process and rigorously controlling schedule, quality, safety, and costs.

Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing the construction team; optimizing construction workflows; and efficiently resolving various issues on the job site.

Manage construction milestones and oversee on-site acceptance, construction documentation, and record-keeping.

Coordinate development and grid-connection teams to ensure end-to-end project delivery, closing the loop from construction through to handover.

Organize and submit various approval documents, track the progress of approvals, and promptly resolve any issues arising during the processing of formalities.

Strictly adhere to grid-connection filing regulations to ensure that project procedures are compliant and completed efficiently.
