Vise for special-shaped workpieces
Through a detailed technical analysis of the structure of ordinary machine vises, we found out the main reasons for the low efficiency of clamping workpieces, and designed a quick clamping vise with special-shaped shafts and threaded sleeves as core components. The working process of using a vise is decomposed into two processes: rapid advancement and clamping, which greatly improves the efficiency of clamping workpieces and the reliability of work. Practical application shows that the efficiency of clamping workpieces with special-shaped shaft type quick clamping vise is relatively high It is 10 to 15 times better than ordinary machine vise, and the reliability in operation is also greatly improved. It has obvious advantages among similar products. This vise has certain reference value for the optimized design of quick clamping fixtures.
