The material of this special-shaped product is powder metallurgy, and the quenching hardness HRC60 causes large deformation of the blank before machining and the deformation of each batch is uncontrollable. The above reasons put forward high requirements for the clamping reliability, stability and consistency of the machining fixture. This product is shown in fig. 2 above: 3-point support and 3-point compression can effectively avoid the deformation of the blank itself and restore it during the compression process. after processing, the springback of the blank cannot guarantee the processing dimensional accuracy and the processing is unstable.
